CANCELLED

With much regret we have had to cancel the 2020 Cotswold Beer Festival.
We survived foot and mouth disease in 2001, and flooding in 2007, but after 43 consecutive years, we have finally been defeated by coronavirus!
Most of the content on this site still refers to the 2019 festival, but we have left it there for the moment, so you can get a flavour of the festival.
We plan to be back in 2021, and are pleased to announce the dates:
Friday 16th July to Sunday 18th July

Get the T-shirt and help the NHS!
You can order a T-shirt featuring the above ‘No Cotswold Beer Festival’ logo from the Etsy shop. They will be printed on demand, mailed directly
to you and the price includes a donation to the Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals charity.
Our non-festival
Saturday 18 July 2020 would have seen the main session of the 2020 festival. To “celebrate” this non-event some of the CAMRA organisers went to see their friends at Postlip. Here are Steve, Martin, Patrick and John, 1 metre plus socially distanced, outside a sadly empty tithe barn. (Steve’s hat covers up the fact that he has already had a haircut – the rest still sport their lockdown hairstyles!) Thanks to Heather from Postlip for acting as cameraperson.

A Real Beer Festival
Thanks to our loyal fans – new and old – we’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Cotswold Beer Festival.
For 43 years we’ve been celebrating the very best in ale, cider and music, at a the glorious Postlip Tithe Barn.
A Partnership
The Cotswold Beer Festival is a partnership between between CAMRA (the Campaign for Real Ale) and Postlip Housing Association.
We’re not-for-profits, we run the festival as volunteers. Any surplus we make goes towards CAMRA’s work to promote real ale and preserving Postlip Hall and barn.
Festival charities
Postlip Hall and barn will be overflowing with award-winning brews and a great atmosphere.
The best breweries and cider makers will be showcasing their talent. Watch out for our growing list of brewers committed to sharing their magic.
